THAT Council request the Regional Board of the Regional District of Central Okanagan to undertake a business case to investigate moving the Westside Transfer Station from its current location on Asquith Road to the Industrial area in West Kelowna.

9.3.1 ENGINEERING AND PUBLIC WORKS Lakeview Village Tenant Improvement Budget Amendment Recommended Motion: THAT Council increase Capital Project C2018-28.1 (Lakeview Heights Office Space) from $125,000 to $240,000 to cover the additional costs associated with completing the tenant improvements for the lease space located at 879 Anders Road and additional renovations required to accommodate staffing levels at the Municipal Hall; and THAT Council amend the 2018-2027 Financial Plan to fund the extra $115,000 from Capital Reserves. 13 ADJOURNMENT OF THE REGULAR MEETING: The next Council meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at the City of West Kelowna Council Chambers.
