DP 18-11, Development Permit, Unaddressed Lower Glenrosa Road/ Highway 97 South Recommended Motion: THAT Council authorize the issuance of a Development Permit (DP 18-11) to construct an outdoor storage facility with one hundred and fourteen (114) parking stalls for Lot A, DL 3480, ODYD, Plan KAP67210, subject to the conditions outlined in the attached Development Permit; and THAT issuance of the Development Permit be withheld pending: • Council approval and execution of a Licence of Occupation for a portion of Lower Glenrosa Road right of way within the proposed development area; • Receipt of security in the amount of $30,331.15 for landscaping, fencing and potential public road mitigation works; and THAT if the Development Permit has not been issued within one year from the date of the approval, the Permit shall be deemed to have been refused and the file closed.
