Freedom of Information Request Regarding the Speculation Tax Pg. 110.1 Imposed on West Kelowna Recommended Motion: THAT Council direct staff to request from the Province, all information they used to determine that West Kelowna should be included in the speculation tax; and THAT information be obtained using the Freedom of Information Act; and THAT the Mayor be authorized to write an open letter to the Premier of British Columbia regarding the reasons the City of West Kelowna should be excluded from the speculation tax.
