Z 17-09, Zoning Amendment Bylaw, 1470 Ponderosa Road Recommended Motion: THAT Council give third reading to City of West Kelowna Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 0154.51, 2017 (File: Z 17-09); and THAT Council direct staff to schedule the bylaw for consideration of adoption following receipt of the approved bylaw from the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.
Z 17-08, Zoning Amendment Bylaw, 2017, 2563 – 2573 Hebert Road Recommended Motion THAT Council give third reading to City of West Kelowna Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 0154.53, 2017; and THAT Council direct staff to schedule the bylaw amendment for consideration of adoption following: 1) Dedication of land for road right-of-way; and 2) Receipt of approved bylaw from the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.
DVP 17-10, Development Variance Permit, 2960 Collens Hill Road Recommended Motion: THAT Council authorize the issuance of a Development Variance Permit (DVP 17-10) for 2960 Collens Hill Road (Lot 3, DL 3496, ODYD, Plan 12975) to vary Section 3.26.5 of Zoning Bylaw No. 0154 to allow for the roof of a carriage house to be higher than the peak of the roof of the principal detached dwelling on the same parcel.
TUP 17-01, Temporary Use Permit, 2565 Main Street Recommended Motion: THAT Council approve the issuance of a Temporary Use Permit for a period of three (3) years to permit the use of an outdoor storage yard on the westernmost portion of 2565 Main Street (Lot 31, DL 486, ODYD, Plan 761, Except Plans H18608, 38625 and H911) subject to the conditions outlined in the attached permit (Attachment 1).
West Kelowna Warriors Amendment Agreement – External Advertising and Concession Operations Recommended Motion: THAT Council authorize the Mayor and Deputy CAO/Corporate Officer to execute the Lease Amendment Agreement with Vision Sports Group to permit exterior advertising and operation of concessions.
