DIVISION REPORTS: DEVELOPMENT SERVICES Planning DVP 18-05, Development Variance Permit, Glenrosa Road Recommended Motion: THAT Council support the issuance of a Development Variance Permit (DVP 18-05) for the Neighbourhood Commercial C2 zoned portion of Lot 2, DL 3482, ODYD, Plan KAP67438, Except Plan EPP18508, to vary Works and Services Bylaw No. 0249, S.3.2.3 Fire Flow Demand, Table B-3, Fire Flow Demands Under Maximum Day Conditions, to decrease the required flow for Light Commercial and High Residential from 150 L/sec to 90 L/sec in accordance with the attached permit; and THAT prior to issuance of this permit, a Section 219 restrictive covenant is registered over the commercial area that restricts any future buildings to designs that conforms with the reduced fire flow demand requirement of 90 L/sec.
DVP 18-08, Development Variance Permit, Dougmac Road Recommended Motion: THAT Council deny the issuance of a Development Variance Permit (File: DVP 18-08) for Dougmac Road (Part East ½, DL 3104, ODYD, Except Plans 24308, 28122, 37642, 39014, 41490, KAP67441) to vary the Works and Services Bylaw No. 0249, Section 3.6.5 to permit an onsite water supply for subdivision of land that is designated zone R1L to allow subdivision of the subject property into four one hectare parcels plus a remainder.
FEX 17-01 and DP 17-22, Floodplain Exemption and Development Permit, 1310 Green Bay Road Recommended Motion: THAT Council deny the Floodplain Exemption to s. 3.24 of Zoning Bylaw No. 0154 for Lot 38, DL 523, ODYD, Plan 11988 (1310 Green Bay Road); and THAT Council support the issuance of a Development Variance Permit (DP 17-22) for Lot 38, DL 523, ODYD, Plan 11988 (1310 Green Bay Road) to reduce the required front parcel boundary setback from 6.0 m to 0.762 m, in accordance with the attached permit; and THAT Council support the issuance of an Aquatic Development Permit (DP 17-22) for Lot 38, DL 523, ODYD, Plan 11988 (1310 Green Bay Road) for renovation and addition to the existing single detached dwelling outside of the 15.0 m setback from the high water mark, in accordance with the attached permit.
