DVP 17-24, Variance Permit, 2400 Thacker Drive Recommended Motion: THAT Council deny the issuance of a Development Variance Permit (File: DVP 17-24) for 2400 Thacker Drive (Lot 1, DL 1118, KAP60975) to vary Zoning Bylaw No. 0154, Section 104.5(c) to reduce the frontage of Lot B from 16.0 metres to 10.98 metres to allow a two lot subdivision of the subject property.
DVP 18-10, Development Variance Permit, 3384 Gill Road Recommended Motion: THAT Council support the issuance of a Development Variance Permit (DVP 18-10) for 3384 Gill Road to vary Zoning Bylaw No. 0154: S.99.2.5(e).4 to increase the number of storeys for a carriage house from 1.5 to 2; S.3.26.6 to increase the maximum floor area of a carriage house from 75% to 91% of the main floor area, and; S.3.26.11 to permit an above ground patio in accordance with the attached permit.
Proposed Telecommunications Tower – (Rogers W1432) Recommended Motion: THAT Council support Rogers Communication Inc. (“Rogers”) proposal to construct a wireless telecommunications tower located at no Municipal Address, at the coordinates 49.851297oN, - 119.573053oW, provided that it is constructed substantially in accordance with Roger’s August 16, 2018 Request for Concurrence document plans submitted to the City of West Kelowna.
