That the Owner carries out wildfire mitigation prior to park dedication; 2. That the Owner construct two trails to the Narrow Multi-use Trail Standard – Blue Square (Intermediate) Rating through Park 1 from the Webber Road Community Centre to Glenway Park and through Park 2 prior to park dedication; 3. That the Owner register a section 219 covenant on the title addressing the following: a. Boucherie Road Upgrade, Wine Trail Phase II Recommended Motion: THAT Council direct staff to allocate acquired grant funds in the amount of five hundred twenty-one thousand, six hundred and forty-nine dollars ($521,649.00) as project contingency for the Boucherie Road project (Wine Trail Phase II), and THAT Council direct staff to amend the 2018 Financial Plan.
5 Proposed Parks Name for Park at 2139 McDougall Road Recommended Motion: THAT Council name the acquired park located at 2139 McDougall Road (formally 1506 Rose Meadow Drive) and identified in Attachment 1 as part of “Mar Fee Park”; and THAT Council rename Rosewood Sports Field as part of “Mar Fee Park”
