Request for Local Governments to Share in Cannabis Tax Revenue Recommended Motion: THAT Council direct the Mayor to contact the regional governments in British Columbia requesting they write to the Province to lobby them to agree to a 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 cannabis tax sharing formula.

DEVELOPMENT SERVICES Planning 9.2.1 DVP 17-20, Development Variance Permit, 855 Anders Road Pg. 109 Recommended Motion: THAT Council authorize the issuance of a Development Variance Permit (DVP 17-20) for 855 Anders Road to vary S.11.1.5.4 of Zoning Bylaw No. 0154 to reduce the minimum exterior side parcel boundary setback, adjacent to the laneway, from 4.5m to 1.34m for the construction of an enclosure for a recycling/bailer area in accordance with the attached permit.
