Local Area Water Service, Rose Valley Water System, Mt. Boucherie Recommended Motion: THAT Council give first, second and third reading to City of West Kelowna Rose Valley Water System Merger Amendment Bylaw No. 0239.01, 2018.
Towing and Storage Service Policy Recommended Motion: THAT Council rescind the Towing and Storage Service Policy dated November 12, 2013; and THAT Council adopt the Towing and Storage Service Policy dated January 9, 2018.
Inter-Community Business License (ICBL) Bylaw – Amendment to Include City of Revelstoke Recommended Motion: THAT Council give first, second and third reading to “City of West Kelowna Inter-Community Business Licence Amendment Bylaw No. 0081.01, 2018”.
Appointment of Election Officials – 2018 Local Government General Election Recommended Motion: THAT Council appoint Tracey Batten as the Chief Election Officer for the 2018 City of West Kelowna Local Government General Election; and, THAT Council appoint Shelley Schnitzler as the Deputy Chief Election Officer for the 2018 City of West Kelowna Local Government General Election.

NOTICE OF MOTION: 11.1 Mayor Findlater THAT Council direct staff to propose amendments to the City of West Kelowna’s Traffic Bylaw No. 92 to prohibit parking on roadways during snow events. 11.2 Councillor Neis Be it that during any snow removal event, the City or contracted crews performing this work WILL NOT pile snow in front of residential or commercial driveways, nor will they be allowed to pile snow at corners of intersections impeding safety by blocking visibility. The method chosen to ensure that this is complied with will be up to the snow removal and or engineering departments. 13.
