Proposed Telecommunications Tower – (Rogers W3523) Recommended Motion: THAT Council support Rogers Communication Inc. (“Rogers”) proposal to construct a wireless telecommunications tower and accessory structure located at 3031 McIver Road, at the coordinates 49.829342, - 119.664189, provided that they are constructed substantially in accordance with Roger’s August 14, 2018 Request for Concurrence document plans submitted to the City of West Kelowna.
DVP 18-09, Development Variance Permit, 3000 Ourtoland Road Recommended Motion: THAT Council support the issuance of a Development Variance Permit (DVP 18-09) for 3000 Ourtoland Road to vary Zoning Bylaw No. 0154: S.3.26.5 to allow the peak of a carriage house roof to be above the peak of the principal dwelling; S.8.1.5(e).5 to increase the maximum permitted height of a carriage house from 1.5 storeys to 2 storeys; S.3.26.11 to permit the existing above ground patio on a carriage house; and S.3.26.4(b) to reduce the minimum lot area requirement from 1.0 hectare to 0.34 hectares to allow for the existing septic field.
Council Policy - Travel, Mileage and Per Diem Allowances (City Staff) Recommended Motion: THAT Council adopt the “Travel, Mileage and Per Diem Allowances” Policy, dated August 28, 2018.
Revisions to City of West Kelowna Fire Rescue Establishment and Operations Amendment Bylaw No. 114 Recommended Motion: THAT “City of West Kelowna Fire Rescue Establishment and Operations Amendment Bylaw No. 0114.02, 2018” be adopted; and THAT “Bylaw Notice Enforcement Amendment Bylaw No. 0093.39, 2018” be adopted; and THAT “City of West Kelowna Ticket Information Utilization No. 0095.38, 2018” be adopted.
