DVP 18-07, Development Variance Permit, 1655 Stevens Road Recommended Motion: THAT Council support the issuance of a Development Variance Permit (DVP 18-07) for 1655 Stevens Road to vary Zoning Bylaw No. 0154 S8.1.5(g).2 to reduce the required setback for a greenhouse adjacent to the south parcel boundary from 15.0 m (49.2 ft) to 10.0 m (32.8 ft), in accordance with the attached permit.
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER Wastewater Treatment Plant Administration Charge Recommended Motion: THAT Council direct staff to write to the Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) stating that the City of West Kelowna would like the administration reviewer to recommend Option 3 in this report with the intention of making it RDCO policy; and THAT the review also report on Option A in this report with the intention of reclassifying the Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) from a Level I charge to a Level 2 charge; and THAT the RDCO include in it, new administration policy that no additional administration fee be charged during the year; and THAT the report include an explanation as to why the recommendations in this report were or were not supported.
